Planning & booking
What should we share in the first conversation?
Your event date, venue or city, guest count and the services you are considering are a helpful start. Add the moments, music or atmosphere you want to create.
Do we need to choose a package first?
No. Start with the services you are interested in, or choose “Help me choose.” Your event and venue help shape the final scope.
How do we request pricing?
Call 305.316.0225 to discuss your date, city and the services you are considering. The requested scope is reviewed before a personalized quote is prepared.
Does an inquiry reserve our date?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation. Availability, scope and booking terms must be confirmed separately.
When can we arrange a call?
Planning calls are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7:30 PM Eastern. Share a preferred time; the appointment is confirmed separately.
How far in advance should we book?
For large events, we recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 3–6 months ahead, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings depend on availability.
What types of events do you support?
We provide entertainment and production for weddings, corporate events, private parties, concerts and school functions. The services are tailored to the occasion, venue and audience.
Music & entertainment
Do your DJs also handle MC moments?
Yes. Our DJs also handle MC duties, including introductions and introducing speakers. Share the names, pronunciations and key moments that need to be part of your event timeline.
Can we share must-play and do-not-play songs?
Yes. Share your favorite songs, preferred genres, cultural preferences and music you would rather leave out. Our DJs work across genres including Top 40, classics and EDM, with the soundtrack planned around your guests and occasion.
Can we work with you if our DJ or band is already booked?
Yes. Tell us about the existing entertainment and its technical requirements. The scope can focus on sound, lighting, screens and other production services.
Can live musicians perform alongside a DJ?
Explore musicians playing alongside a DJ, a featured instrumentalist or a live band. Discuss your music and timing so the format and available talent can be confirmed.
Can you accommodate last-minute music or schedule changes?
Yes. Our DJs and production crew can respond to changes in the playlist or event schedule. Share updates as soon as possible so we can coordinate the next steps with your event team.
Venue & production
How is audio planned for different parts of an event?
The venue’s size and acoustics, audience and program guide the sound setup. Levels are adjusted for speeches, presentations, DJ sets and live performances. Tell us about any separate areas that need coverage.
Can lighting change with the event?
Yes. Lighting can be planned in layers and cues around key moments, from subtle uplighting to dynamic moving lights. Share the atmosphere you want for the room, the stage and the dance floor.
Can you help with screens and stage design?
Yes. We provide stage design, lighting production, visual setups, staging and truss systems. Explore A/V production and LED video panels alongside the stage layout, and share the presentation content, people on stage and audience sightlines.
Can special effects be used at every venue?
Effects depend on the venue and event. Share your ideas and the venue’s rules so suitable options can be reviewed before they enter the final scope.
What should we confirm for an outdoor event?
We support both indoor and outdoor events. For an outdoor setup, share the site layout, schedule, power access and weather arrangements. Technical requirements and contingencies are planned for the specific location.
Can we combine entertainment with technical production?
Yes. Explore DJ and MC entertainment alongside audio, lighting, screens and selected enhancements. The final scope connects the services around the same event plan.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes. We bring backup equipment and plan for technical contingencies. The backup arrangements are considered as part of your event’s production plan.
What can an audio production setup include?
Audio production can include sound systems, wireless microphones, mixing equipment, subwoofers, monitors and on-site audio technicians. The equipment and staffing for your event are confirmed in the final scope.
Can you provide microphones for speeches and announcements?
Yes. We provide wireless microphones for speeches, announcements and performances. Tell us who will speak or perform and where they will be so the microphone setup can be planned for your venue.
Can lighting be synchronized with the music?
Yes. Lighting effects can be synchronized with the tempo and energy of the music, creating coordinated moments for dance floors and high-energy events.
How do you plan sound for a large outdoor event?
We plan the speaker and subwoofer setup around the site and audience, then use sound checks to adjust coverage. Wind, crowd noise and other outdoor conditions are considered when setting sound levels.
What power does the venue need to provide?
We typically need reliable power, preferably multiple 20-amp circuits for sound and lighting. Share the venue’s power details so requirements can be matched to your setup. Generator options can be discussed if venue power is insufficient.
Can you support multi-day events or festivals?
Yes. We can support multi-day events and festivals with setup, breakdown and equipment management across the schedule. Share the dates and program so the production scope and staffing can be confirmed.
Do you offer live streaming?
Yes. Live streaming can be integrated with audio and visual production for remote attendees. Tell us what you want to broadcast so the technical setup can be planned for your event.
How do you plan for bad weather at outdoor events?
Outdoor events need a weather contingency plan and protected equipment locations. We can discuss options such as tents or sheltered setups with you as part of the event plan.
